The following nineteen Alabama Counties have reorganized the structure of county government through the adoption of the
"Limited Self-Governance Act" - 2005-200.  Under the reorganization and the adoption of the "model junk" ordinance
(as adopted by Marshall County) the executive, legislative and judicial branches of government become one.  
The result - the county commission if judge jury and executioner.
